All Texas Dachshund Rescue (Pearland, TX)
All Texas Dachshund Rescue (ATDR) is a group of volunteers whose main goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home injured and often endangered Dachshunds that have been homeless for one reason or another.
It is their policy that no dog will be adopted unless they have been spayed or neutered, had all immunizations updated, are heartworm negative, are on heartworm prevention, and have had all other health concerns that they deem crucial to the pet’s life treated to the best of their ability.
ATDR rescues Dachshunds throughout Texas, with a focus on Houston, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Seguin, College Station, and Beaumont.
All arriving Dachshunds will be placed in temporary foster homes and assessed while living inside with foster families in a secure and caring home setting until they are ready to be placed in a loving, adoptive, permanent family.

Friends For Life (Houston, TX)
Friends for Life (FFL) is a Houston-based organization that works to help animals in need in the community.
